Scammed of £1500 from this telephone number - claiming to be Talk Talk

Have had 4 phone calls this morning. 3 went dead when picked up. 1 was answer machine message about subscription to amazon and asked me to press 1 to cancel and 2 to discuss options. I put the phone down. Has anyone else had these calls?

As usual the dirty filthy packies have changed their number again, they basically call you, tell you your pc is fucked which how could they low? Seriously! If you fall for this your deserve it! After you give them access to it, they use it to do various illegal activities including stealing your identity, credit card numbers anything they can salvage and after that it becomes part of a network of pcs used to hack and generally cause havoc. Claimed to be from Carfone Warehouse, poor English spoken and when challenged as to why they were asking what mobile phone I had, they said, "Oh God ..." and hung up. ...

While I was unavailable this number called. Not at first recognising it, I was about to return the call out of courtesy. Then I checked, and realised it was the p.p.i. criminals yet again. They must be pestering thousands in this way for their own selfish gain. I will breathe a sigh of relief when they are prosecuted.

Phoned at 11:09 am today ,did not answer ,checked number here as have had known scammer numbers try my number .

Unknown caller cut out just as I answered after about 8 rings

They called me yesterday saying I was paying too much for my TV insurance and I replied I do not have a TV insurance and I am not stupid. They hung up. They called me again this morning at 8am and woke me up and when I answered the phone the line was dead. They have also been calling my neighbours too who are elderly and fed up with it.
