I received call from this morning while I am at work, so I politely declined it. And I asked whether this is one of those commercial calls because I would like to be taken off the list forever, and the guy on the phone lied and said is to do with my life insurance, etc. (which is rather funny cause I am not currently paying any). Definitely a scam. Neither BT, Openreach or any other provider will call you about technical issues unless you contact them.

Ppi claims . told me I had taken out a bank loan in 2004. I wasnt sure as I ve had a few over the years. But then after thinking about it I realised I didn t take out a loan at that time . they sent out forms and I haven t filled them in . they ve rang non stop ever since. The man was very pushy telling me to remember what I m telling you regarding dates of this non existing loan. Am I doing the right thing??.
