I had a call from these people again today asking for my father. I politely told him that he was not here and I got "whys that" very appropriate I think not. Very rude man also chomping on his lunch whilst talking to me. These people need to be stopped as I am getting sick and tired of being spoken to like I am a piece of crap!!

Asian guy called apparently from the national accident helpline. He said his name was Gary and straight away I put the phone down on him. Avoid!!!

Since discovered they are called Trust money so decided to give them a taste of their own medicine and I call 0141 305 3045 and press one and then go silent when they take my call, Churlish I know but I get about 5 of these type calls a day !!!! IF we all start harassing them back maybe they will change their attitude !

I Received a call from this number twice today and when i was able to answer they introduced themselves as Consumer helpline, the lady on the call advised that i had overpaid for finance in 2011 and she wished to help me get this refunded however i have never taken anything out on finance. I asked to submit a subject access request under the Data Protection Act where she then passed me to her manager. This phone number calls my mums mobile about 3 times a week, it has also called the land line on occasion.. No one is there, no background sounds..

I confirm that it s illegal. I believe they call from Asia because it is a financial call centre but they call when here is night! I don t use bad words because I don t want a ban, but they are criminal!
