Second spam call today. No one there when I answered, then a voice saying ‘Hello? Hello?’ I said ‘Megadodo Publications – How can I help?’ and the call was terminated. I only know one person in London, and this was not his number. Probable scam again.

Received a call from this number but as I answered they hung up - I was expecting an engineer to call so called the number back thinking it might be the engineer but instead got a automated voice asking about accidents. A scam to get you to call a premium number.
Possible scammer - enquired about an item I was selling and refused to pay through safe measures then deleted their WhatsApp when told I wouldn’t sell to them
I have had a couple of these now saying a tax fraud has been registered against name, claiming to be from HMRC and i need to press 1

The caller says they are from the Royal Mail and that I have a package being held in Central London. They want payment to release it. The cost is minimal but felt like a scam. Asked them to send me an email. On receipt, it definitely looks like a scam. I think if postage is underpaid, you get a note to say so through the mail. I'm marking it as dangerous as my gut tells me this is a phishing attack but I can't confirm.
