I rang company and they asked if I had the same surname, told them I didn t, they asked if he had ever lived here, then asked for my home phone no. Gave it to her and she said that it had been deleted, I asked if they had my address, lady got very rude and told me not to worry about it anymore and then put the phone down. Why she should be rude to me I don t know. It my address that will have the bad debt attached to it.

I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. When we refused to give bank details over the phone and we requested info to be posted, the caller refused. She gave a contact number and we then found this web site thankfully.
