I have had this call for 8 years now Alwyas claim that Openreach have been doing work in my area and I can now upgrade my telecoms Asked them to remove me from the database so many times but they dont

Claim they are from British Gas line is very bad hissing and static Could hardly hear them From what I could make out they stated they could save me money on bills But couldnt hear the rest All other calls I make to family and friends are fine and clear So I suspect the call originates outside of the UK and routes through a system in this country which explains the poor line quality
