Just been called by a bloke telling me that I have a problem with my computer. I said "Do you really think that I m stupid to believe that you know what s wrong with my PC?" He put the phone down

No Idea who this was that called me. Did not leave a message on my voicemail. Is it a scam of somesort?

Has regularly called each day for some weeks but never leaves a voicemail. I never take 08 calls as I feel they re notorious for belonging to folks looking to do some sort of business or wanting to make money from me in some way - I shall be the one to choose who I engage and intend to pay for ANY service, and not the person who happens to come across my number somehow. Another unknown number, one and a half rings at 1730, I wouldn t have answered anyhow, as I was in the bath. But I will of course block the number as, I stopped working in Crewe over four years ago, so there is no reason for anyone in Crewe to be calling. Also no message left.

Calls then when you pick up and say hello - they hang up. You can call the number back but it s either engaged or a dead tone??? Very strange!!
