Caller with a caller id of 0019202109543, Said they were from the Telephone Preference service wanting to validate some details so they can register me to prevent unwanted calls. When I asked the lady to remove me from her list and not call me again, she said she will "...Keep on calling me until I die" and then she hung up.

Phone rang, I picked it up, voice garbled something as these people always do to introduce themselves. Of course I could not make out one word of it. I said "Mumble that again in English." he said, "pardon, So I said very slowly and deliberately as if talking to a two year old "Mumble that again in English." He then put the phone down. recorded message claimed my internet will be disconnected in 24-48 hours due to unauthorised activities. Press one to speak to advisor. they Jam my phone line, so when I put phone down and try to block the last number. they ring thru to an advisor claiming to be Peter from Openreach. I put the phone down again, and they still on the call when I retry within 10sec.

Lady with a Swedish accent phoned my number asking for my daughter by her full name. I said that is my daughter what is this about? She then went on to ask if we know about the european laws reguarding crypto currency and I realised it was probably a scam and hung up to google the number and found it listed 6 times on a swedish number look up website.

The caller gave this number saying they were from Google about my entry on google maps and that they were going to help me fix the problem I had to get customers to find me. There s nothing wrong with my entry. So I played along and when asked for my name said it was George Bush. Apparently I should get a call back later today as I said I was too busy. Beware, this is just usual scam.
