Interesting. Claimed to be from Clancy Consultancy. Asked if I had been involved in an accident. There was something about the way the voice responded to questions that makes me about 95% sure I was dealing with a bunch of voice recognition auto response machine or someone sticking very closely to a script of prepared answers.
