Got a call from this number stating that someone had put me as a emergency contact number, and they have had a car accident. I obviously called everyone i knew to make sure they were all alright, this seems to be a SCAM.
This number called me today saying they were from Amazon when I thought it was a scam call I hung up and blocked it, it then rang twice more from different numbers which I also blocked, it hasn't called since so I now know it was a scam call so beware.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Said he was from Telephone Preference Management. He. Knew my name and my address and postcode. Asked if I had problems with Telephone marketing and sales people, asked if he meant like this call , he said he wasn't selling anything and obviously I didn't know what Telephone-marketing was. I ended the call.

Don't know what company they Are, they just ask for Jeff. I tell them to take my number off their system several times and the most recent time the guy on the phone started to argue with because I'm not Jeff and do not want my number on their system, absolutely ridiculous.
