I received a call from this number just now. He said he was from a company called Technical Help Service and told me my computer had a virus. He tried to convince me using various methods including running the eventvwr (the errors listed there are not related to viruses!) This is identical to the well known Windows Technical Helpdesk scam. Got a call and the guy said he was from MTN asking if I did a sim swap today. I said no! He said I would receive an OTP with this no 573343. He said I will get another message with a different pin, I must give it to him. I got it and it stated: Do not give this pin to anyone. When he called back, I said I cannot give this pin to you. Who are you? Then he was off the line. I tried to call the no and it was just dead. I blocked it.

always kept getting calls from this number on my mobile, before I could answer it the phone stopped ringing. solved the problem by putting the this number on a reject list on my mobile setting, hope this will solve the problem

Been called from this number 3 times in as many days. Last occasion I simply answered with Acton police station, can I help you ? Hopefully no more calls ! Obvious scam !
