Again Jennifer Coleman from HMRC. They would write to named person, cause of action letter, would never leave message as don t know who would pick up. Could scare people into ringing them back. Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. Unsolicited call - needs reporting! Reportedly "Nat West Branch Survey" - apparently in response to using local branch recently!!! I m ex-directory and registered with TPS. I also DON T have an account with Nat West - so have not used any of their branches !!!! - Annoyingly this call hijacked my phone s answer-machine and the call wouldn t disconnect until I held down all phone keys for 5 seconds!!! This number should be reported!!!

2 calls to my direct business line, one to my colleague, all within 15 minutes. Silence on answer, phone clicks, someone says hello then hangs up.

Boiler-room green "investment" scam. Do not give any information. Very agressive marketing until I insited that I never do any business with cold-calls. They eventually hung up on me when it was obvious I was on to them.
