Fraud - spoofed telephone number almost certainly from Indian call centre of fraudsters. Asking if you want your Amazon Prime subscription cancelled otherwise £79 will be debited from your account. You are instructed to go to your computer and press [Windows + R] key and type "anydesk" and press enter. Then you are to search Google for "anydesk". Called me claiming to be from Sky, informing me that malicious individuals are trying to hack my router. I played dumb and allowed them to get to the part where they wanted me to install TeamViewer to gain access to my computer. I gave them an earful about preying on vulnerable people, but it will have had zero effect; I just hope I cost them more money in call charges than they were expecting.
