Again Jennifer Coleman from HMRC. They would write to named person, cause of action letter, would never leave message as don t know who would pick up. Could scare people into ringing them back. Original call number came in as V21309255500012, when picked up and answered, no response, just silence. After hanging up, hit CID button (caller ID) and the new number was revealed as 1-778-555-0161, a number from British Columbia.

Rang off when answered. Had been preceded by an "International" call.
nConsider this one of a series of recent fraud call attempts.

Pretending to be from Microsoft obviously looking to get access to my computer. Very dangerous call if you are naive enough to believe their story.

Gave all the pitch of being Department of work and pensions. Then asked to confirm my address which was 10 years out of date. I told them its wrong and DWP do not show this phone number. Phone went dead?. I just can t think what may have happened with their connection LOL

Went through to my answerphone as out, could hear someone breathing then they muttered "f***" and put the phone down without leaving a message.

Silent caller - answered phone at 14.24 heard just background switching noises - obviously an auto - dial system which is supposed to switch you to a call handler once you speak.

Getting phone calls from this number everyday it only rings three times then they hang up we get about five a day from same number
