They do not with hold their telephone number. rang them on their direct line 01792311578 and they gave me a false 0800 number to complain to. A repeat call to the direct line said they would get their customer service dept to ring me back. They never did. AVOID
Claim to be from Microsoft Windows. Caller asks for access to your computer or your Windows acct will be closed down in 15 mins.

Phone rang at approx 7.30pm Sat 25 Oct 2014. Answered and said "Hello". An Asian woman asked for me by name, but there was a lot of noise in the background so immediately made me think that this was wrong. If it was a reputable company (who should still be not allowed to make cold calls) it would be silent. I didn t confirm my name but asked who the company was. TAXES / HMRC Automated line purporting there is an HMRC tax case against my name and that if "1" is not pressed to connect my call to an HMRC officer, a warrant will be issued. Nuisance call. Not legit. Avoid.
SCAM - well I hope it's a scam, it seemed to be a recorded message, claiming to be from HMRC and there was a warrant against my name (which was not given) and that I should press 1 immediately, otherwise I would be arrested shortly. Needles to say I did not press 1 and 3 hours later I am still a free man.... I believe it was a scam call that if I pressed 1 a virus would download to my phone. If my situation changes I will send an update. BEWARE.

Called today 27/10/20 at 8.19am . Non English accent said were from BT. Had this type of call before said that my internet had been compromised and they were going to switch it off. Considering I am not with BT it is a joke. Halted them in mid conversation said no thank you not interested and hung up. My time is too precious to be wasting talking to scammers.
Calls me at least once a day - no-one there on answer - will not allow you to call back (tried from other phones/landlines)
