An Asian sounding man called asked to speak to me by name, said he was from the Ministry of Justice, then he told me to FU-K Off & hung up.
This may be British Gas, but the number could be spoofed by scammers.

Its about late payments. I had a letter giving me 14 days to pay £40 but they have constantly harassed me even though they gave me 14 days to pay. I paid it and they still keep ringing me!! Pests

07169876271 rang me at 8:38am it was an automated female voice with an American accent. They said they were ringing from AMAZON PRIME and that the sum of £39.99 would be taken to renew my account, and to press 1 to speak to an advisor. I immediately blocked this call as it is a scam. SCAM. Answered the call silent at first and then a malle answered started to introduce himself, then when I questioned where he had the number from as I was putting a trace on it, he hung up. Got a phone call an hour later from a similar number 01642278881 this time a foreign woman who stated to speak then hung up. I think they try and assess the age of the recipient of the call and if they sound old they continue with their call with a view to completing the scam.
