They pretended to have my postcode to be able to send some PPI claim forms, and as soon as I ve asked their website to cross check they close down the call
They had tried to contact me a number of times so I called back. I got a message saying it wasn t important and they would phone me back.
It's scam, they are pretending they are employers from HSBC asking my grandmother to install software on her computer to they can login. Called HSBC, they will never ask to download programmes to log in.
They rang 4 times in 2 days. They promised after the first call that i wouldn t receive any more calls. Then called the second time to say i had been unhelpful the first time and needed to completed the survey. Abusive the last time.

I read in the press that the STAR 9500 smartphone has been found to have a factory installed trojan virus. So I disabled my STAR 9500 and moved the sim card to an old phone. This number is blocked on my phone but they now leave voicemail. If you re notified you have voicemail but there s nor recognisable number in your Recent Calls list, it s most likely left by a blocked caller. Don t waste time or money picking up.
