The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. I am now receiving phone calls telling me I am entitled to a free upgrade and cheaper phone rate. I have told them several times now over five days that this is already sorted and I am now still receiving phone calls. Nusiance caller. Persistent calls even if asked to stop. They are in the wrong so we SHOULD be allowed to know who they are. Never mind all this data protection. Its a cover up to allow them to continue harrasing people.

I got a silent call from this number which was very annoying as I m disabled and I have to suffer a lot of pain to get up to answer the phone to find no one there

They have called a number of times. They have either asked if I'm on the computer or just disconnected the call when I answer. It is usually a woman of Indian origin.

Has called several times but I have a speaking phone which tells me the name if it s someone I know, and if unknown, it tells me the location or number of the caller. I did not recognise the number so each time, I ignored it.
