I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Calls everyday at least twice - I have blocked them on my phone, finally, but I still get alerts to tell me when they ve tried to call - When I answered 3 weeks ago they hung up straight away. Do not understand this in the least and should be avoided by all costs - If you have an Android, get Truecaller - You can see the company name and have the option to block individual callers and register them as spam

PPI Scammers, do not respond to their text. You do not need to text STOP as you haven t opted in to anything. Texting STOP just helps the criminals by verifying that your number is in use.

I suffer from amnesia due to an accident I had in the last two years. The person that called me brought the horrendous memories back. My wailing due to the months I lost in hospital were too much and they hung up. I need the compensation to get some of my life back... wished they d return my calls.
