I was called today by an Asian woman who said she was from BT. I asked her for her EIN employee Identification number. She gave me a number in the wrong format. When I told that was not an EIN she put the phone down. Be vigilant with these types of calls

He tried to get me to do stuff on my computer and told me it was full of errors. Not very happy when I called him out on it. I said I was not prepared to give my details and asked them to remove my telephone number. She said thats not possible as its regarding a business issue so we will call back another time. I said you will get the same answer no matter when you called back. She said thats fine we will just call back another time. I shall be reporting them to OFCOM as this is illegal.
