As I initially gave this company permission to look into a ppi claim on my behalf after I e.mailed them after several months of silence, I then received a letter informing me that I am entitled to £800. 3 months later they messaged me to say that I have no claim. What happened to the £800 ????
Allegedly from HMRC but I then hung up as it was obviously an attempted scam. These people must think we are stupid!
