SCAM automated call supposedly from Amazon to advise that we had made a purchase today of £300 + which would be charged to our VISA account - no order placed and others orders have not prompted such a call and we don't use VISA to pay online.

Called from this number -- long pause before a woman (don t think it was automated because there was background noise) said something about Motor Satisfaction Surveys Opt Out that I d apparently contacted them about (which I haven t) and told me to ring some number which she read out so fast I couldn t catch it. Churchill Car Insurance - Customer Service response using 60253 Short Text number, is charged by all U.K. Providers - Churchill don’t advise that this is the case. Very wrong in my opinion they need to change immediately it’s upsetting a lot of their customers.
