I only called "Studio" cards, as the online ordering is conveniently STILL stopping orders being placed using the website (the continue opetion after selecting payment option DOES NOT WORK. Asian sounding chap trying to gain access to my computer saying it was slow. Kept him talking for a few minutes to cost him the phone call. After a while he got very abusive calling me all sorts of names then hung up. Keep people like this talking so they don t have time to annoy anyone else.

Louise wanted to send me a PPI pack. When I said I had already applied and had found I was entitled to 5p, she asked when. I said 6 months ago. She said I was upto date, thanked me and wished me a good day then rang off. Polite but still cold caller that is now blocked.

I ve been called by this number and others today regarding a recent tenancy change at my premises. I ve owned and lived in the property for 7 years!
