Very aggressive attempt to interest me in IVA arrangements. They say they are calling everyone over 18. I said that must be about 40 million people, and how do they know I m over 18. They ignore the law by calling call TPS numbers. That alone makes them people you should not deal with.

They called twice in the past week, so I called back curious to see what company it was. All they said was it was consumer care line. The first woman hung up on me when I asked what the company was. The second was a guy who after me asking a few times went into the speech about PPI and other loans and stuff and then when I said I ve never had any of that he ended the call. He knew my first name though which was a bit confusing.

This is a company that procures fish from the wharf, boxes up what you want and delivers it the same day. I order regulary from them (but for the life of me I cannot remember the company s name - I just wait for their call approx. every 6 weeks!) They deliver the best and freshest fish I have ever eaten.

They conned me out of £50. Bank fraud people investigating. Feel sick.....
