Yep Capquest (Arrow finance/pentagon finance/universal credit). This was an old debt from over 15yrs ago which was settle as a CCJ! No idea how they got my current mobile number (i m registered to stop these calls). Keep blocking them but they just use a different number. Not helpful if you do speak to them telling them debt was a settled CCJ either.

My call intercepter did not put this call through. There has to be a person on the end of the line not just an autodialling system as they have to give a name before it is transferred to me to accept or decline.
