The caller gave this number saying they were from Google about my entry on google maps and that they were going to help me fix the problem I had to get customers to find me. There s nothing wrong with my entry. So I played along and when asked for my name said it was George Bush. Apparently I should get a call back later today as I said I was too busy. Beware, this is just usual scam.

A call from Carphone warehouse, using a LOCAL code - ie - 01324 trying to deceive you into thinking it s a local call. You answer, and it s OBVIOUSLY a CALL Centre (by all the noise in the background) and on questioning the guy, is clearly NOT in the Falkirk area. This type of local call is being used more and more.

Amanda from Safety Guide asking for one of our colleagues by his first name only. I asked what it was regarding & she claimed that he agreed in March to sponsor some books for local schools. I checked with the colleague in question & he confirmed that he hadn t agreed. I advised her of this & told her that when i googled her number it was linked to nuisance calls to businesses claiming to have supported books for local schools. She then said they were legitimate because they had facebook, twitter & LinkedIn

I also got scammed paid 254 and the date got cancelled. I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Have reported them but bank cannot trace money as it was a direct transfer. I have attempted to contact the kylefiles because he investigates rogue traders. I keep getting calls from this number which I never answer. I think that if you answer or reply to calls from these people they will know that the number is live, and not only will they keep hassling you, but they will also sell your number to other rogue companies.

This number called me today saying they were from Amazon when I thought it was a scam call I hung up and blocked it, it then rang twice more from different numbers which I also blocked, it hasn't called since so I now know it was a scam call so beware.
