This individual chose to ring my house number asking for a club. The number was a business number previously but we haven t had nuisance calls on this scale before. Fraud, call was an automated message claiming to be from HMRC. Claimed that a fraud case was open against my name and if I didn’t press 1 to speak to the claims officer, then an arrest warrant would be issued immediately.
AMAZON spam- saying I’d placed an order and was charged £300. Absolutely not!!!
I got calls from these people a couple of year back. Answered the call, gave them my details, ended up with £160 in my pocket (£250-£90 fee) They do charge a percentage but what can you expect. The do what the say and seem to go all out to win. They even contacted the financial ombudsman on my behalf concerning other issues I have. The fee is a little steep though.

Bogus caller "Tom" - supposedly calling about insulation in the loft being known to cause condensation, blah... hung up quickly when we started questioning him.
SPAM: I received two consecutive missed calls from this number which were minute apart. Phone rang once and ended. Same number called again which only rang once again. Somehow the number left me a voicemail 2 seconds after the second call ended. I cannot find a search for this number online. RHAK, ILFORD.

Just got a phone call from this number at 10:24am, 26/4/2023 stating that there has been 2 "international transactions" over £700 this morning. Don't believe it one bit considering its from an EE provided phone number. It then says to press 1 to cancel the transaction. I didn't press anything and just left it then it hung up.
