This number dialled few moments ago: A computer generated voice said it was HMRC stating a fraud claim has been raised against me, If i don't state my name etc I will be arrested immediately. Do NOT leave your details, this is not to be trusted and most definitely IS a highly dangerous. Melissa called twice saying that they needed to check the insulation in our loft because we had it done under the government scheme (we didn't) and now the regs had changed and it needs to be checked.When I told her that I'd done it myself about 35 years ago and wasn't going to have anything else done, she said she'd alter the information on the database. They claim to be Vodafone but it isn t! I know this as a 100% guarantee. As a friend of mine works for the Police, and they checked the number out! It s people making out to be Vodafone, to scam people out of money and get bank details. My friend from the Police, has passed on this information to C.I.D, to sort it out, as they call me non stop up to 5 times a day. DO NOT ANSWER THEIR CALLS, AS ITS A DANGEROUS SCAM!
