Fraud; 18/11/2021, 0730hrs female sounding voice calls unsolicited, spoken English, with heavy Indian / Asian accent. Back ground noise, possibly a call centre / boiler room. Female voice informs me of suspicious activity on my Amazon account. I don't have an Amazon account. I refused further information on the grounds that BT already have my address and was given some unbelievable story about my mobile number having come up in some other context. Two hours later, the same message arrived on my wife s mobile. Clearly some sort of scam but I do not know what.

SCAM Avoid like the plague. left message saying your internet will be turned off within 24 to 48 hours, then to press 1 to speak to a technition. Glad i didnt as scam and scum who are doing this. Total scum, i could say a lot more stronger what i think of them, hope Police catch up with them and thrown in jail and toss the key down a drain. PS, an internet search on Google came up with a Vodaphone Mobile being used in Manchester England.
