A debt collection company who collect debts on behalf of eBay. My fees have been paid once then I got an email saying it d been withdrawn and I still owed fees to the sum of £25. This company however claim I owe £50?! For selling a few dresses online are you kidding. Won t see penny one from me you slag.

Rang lots of time and sometimes hanged up once answered. Decided to answer and they rang to ask about mortgage. I said we don t have one he then asked about life insurance and I said my husband deals with that he then ask about home insurances where I said I look around for cheap deals my self and then he said he would update his records and said goodbye. It could be a company that searches for deal or This could be a way to get you details so could be dangerous so be be careful and think twice about giving

Keep getting text messages for a Mr Kevin Toft, I am not a male. Delete them don’t even open them. This is becoming so annoying now can something be done to stop these. Many other numbers being used by same people.
Phoned today at 11 a.m. Didn't get to the phone in time to answer and no message left so I suspect it is some cold caller or scammer. Any legit.caller would leave a message.

Apparently, my Internet connection is unsecure and they are calling to tell me they will disconnect in 4hrs. When challenged - the lady caller wanted me to push combination of keys on keyboard but by this time I was so frustrated that she hung up because I must have sounded rude. She wanted to show me why/how my connection was insecure. -Didn't give her the chance - being described the CTRL / ALT / DELETE buttons as though I'm a child is not acceptable. SCAM On answering got a pre-record of serious sounding older man stating there was an issue with my national insurance number and fraudulent activity and to press 1 for help (likely to a premium rate number) and to then sure to go and ask me to share my personal details. Definitely a scam.

Never call unknown numbers back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number masked by a spoofed number which could be a very expensive call.

Called asking for bank details and address claiming I have won a sweepstakes lottery. When questioned they got sheepish and provided cold replies. Pretended to know who I was and where I lived AFTER I provided address.

SCAM / SPAM Long pause at the start to begin the recording, then very dodgy sounding HMRC call, you have a fraud case open in your name, press 1 to connect to advisor, not pressing 1 will trigger an arrest warrant! Note to the spammers, at least make it sound real when you play the message!

This person rang 2 of my sites demanding information and meter numbers, claims his name is Harry Brown and was very rude to both the girls on the phone. Claims to be from British Gas, I was given two more numbers that I MUST call him back, 08453300887 and 0330100059.
