Very aggressive attempt to interest me in IVA arrangements. They say they are calling everyone over 18. I said that must be about 40 million people, and how do they know I m over 18. Calling at all times of the day and trying to convince you to stay on the line. I suspect it s a fishing exercise to gather info we may seem to think is harmless but gives clues to passwords bank details and so on the first question was who do I bank with and do I bank online I am deeply suspicious of anyone asking about any of my financial details unsolicited as banks don t call asking my details so no-one else should either

Never call unknown numbers back as you may be calling a Premium Rate or International number masked by a spoofed number which could be a very expensive call.

Just had this number ringing me this is the first time ive had a call of this number and when i answered and said hello 3 times it was a dead line and quiet and then they hung up but what they dont know is some new touchscren phones have block contact like mine

One of those calls that say nothing and then click off - some spammers or rip off merchants I would think - trying to have you claim back your PPI for the back accident you had ...

This number calls most days, and say they have heard from the advice bureau that someone at this address has had an accident in the last two years. This is not correct so I say definitely not and put the phone down.
