Caller contacted me regarding my contact with BT openreach and claimed they were phoning to give me feedback on fibre broadband. He knew my name and sounded legitimate however on confirming my address the line went dead

Missed call on mobile so phoned back on land line. Promoting energy efficient 'green' heating systems.

SCAM

Just had my second call in 20 minutes and ignore every time. No matter how many times you tell these people you ve paid they don t listen. I even have a standing order set up!!!!

Just got ANOTHER call from 01412020404. (Boiler replacement scheme) Followed instructions to speak to someone there to ask them to remove my name from their list, as I am registered with the Telephone Preference scheme. My number has been ghosted, spoofed, cloned, call it what you will, it is not me, its probably scammers or cold callers, I will always leave a message if it was me who called and certainly wont hang up after two rings.

Received missed call this morning and voice mail message, I rang number back and got an engaged tone,most likely telesales agent who forgot to withhold their number.

this number rang me asking if I wanted a lone. I have had several calls from this number. I asked them to remove my number fro there calling list and the phone was out down on me.

Spam caller.

I answered line went dead, I called them back, I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then the line disconnected.

This was about a competition I had supposedly entered over the phone (I hadn't) and was asking for further details
