These mugs keep phoning and hanging up! i answered because I like to wind them up, the guy on the other end of the phone, called me by my 7 year old sons name saying I have outstanding PPI claim!!!! not impressed and asked to speak to a manager Tom came on the line (voice sounded the same) and proceeded to get my surname wrong!! fucking waste of time money and effort
I also bought a call blocker from eBay because I was fed up with offers to recover money from various scams I hadn't fallen for.
Called again 11.12.14 @ 1620 hrs. Recognised as nuisance cold call so not answered.
Pain in the Ass. Block number , only answered Cos I'm from Glasgow .
Phoned 0900hrs and did not leave a message.

Silent caller - answered phone at 14.24 heard just background switching noises - obviously an auto - dial system which is supposed to switch you to a call handler once you speak.
SCAM Purporting to be a bank card fraud department. The guy had an Indian accent... and I do not use the bank that was mentioned, so I put the phone down. The ONLY fraud was the caller. No doubt they would have been asking for all sorts of things - DO NOT give them any information whatsoever.

SCAM Called to say my home appliance cover will be discounted. Gave the name of Chris Jones and a contact number of 08007789104. Gave him false sort code and account number to see where this was going. He asked me to "confirm" my date of birth also gave him a false date, he missed the fact it was April Fool's day. Surely to goodness someone, somewhere, has got to put a stop to this. Who is paying for all these claims? Us, in our high insurance costs of course. It is pissing me off, big time. Stop phoning me - I was not hurt, but it is getting to the point where perhaps I should claim just to stop these calls. Two bleeding years I have been fending off these damned nuisance calls.
