Called at 19:55 14 Sep 2015. They knew my name. That is irksome. I hung up so consequently no real info on who they are.

My number is X Directory. I am also registered with the TPS.

These people call me at least 6 times a day. (They have been doing so for about 3 weeks). They are looking for someone I ve never heard of and I ve had this phone number for 14 years. I have called back repeatedly and told them and they have "promised" to take me of their "DIALLER" but they continue to call. No messages are left when I let the answer phone pick up the calls. I am at my wits end!

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. This organisation is constantly calling touting for car accident claims and promising being able to claim several thousands of pounds in injury awards. This is inspite of having explained on many occasions that I received no injury. Their sole aim is to encourage people to make fraudulent claims and they in turn pocket fat fees. Such actions only increase motor insurance costs across the country. They should be legally charged with attempted fraud and punished if found guilty.
