Clean Green - claim there is an energy survey going on in my road (named it and knew my house number and my name) - I said there is nothing going on in my road. Claimed it was about a change in building regulation sand checking heat loss. I said that is absolute rubbish - she claimed it was not. I suggested she gets a proper job and hung up.

Caller offered free insulation and claimed to be a Govenment Advisor she was very coy when I asked if they were a Government Agency though truthfully answered no. This was the second time they have called and I am registered with the TPS and asked them to take me off their marketing list the first time.

Says received one new photo from zokobo.com with a link, just deleted it, don t know exactly how someone who knows me well enough to send a photo 1. Wouldn t spell my name right 2. SCAM - pre recorded message advising your internet is about to be disconnected due to illegal activity and to press 1 to speak with ‘an agent’. Advise hang up and block but they also use different numbers by the look of it........

This company have now rang me a total of 17 times in the past two weeks. I don t know who they are but the company cannot be professional whatsoever if they constantly call people who are clearly busy and have better things to be getting on with. 100% recommend you do not answer the phone to them and block the caller.

I have BT guardian which asks callers to announce who they are before I answer. Most sales calls hang up at that point, this one didn't. Lovely lady explained that I could have a half hour appointment to check energy efficiency of my home and advise of any improvements. I made the appointment. Very polite young man called Adam arrived, checked the loft and roof, looked around, discussed my energy payment per month. The information given was useful, nothing to sign, no sales pitch. I would have no worries.
