Seems to be used for some call centre working for financial companies - similar numbers are reported with PPI and financial offers/loans, all the same 020347658xx range of numbers. Block it if not interested. I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (wery usefull for call centres). No problems.
Called me on 22-05-2017. Very poor quality pre-recorded female voice clamming that this call is from HM revenue and customs and it’s a time sensitive issue and my solicitor should call back immediately or legal action will be taken.

He told me the usual nonsense about my computer but I told him that I was not interested as I had got rid of my computer because of these scam phone calls. I told him in no uncertain terms not to bother me again.
