I urge everyone to complain to ofcom and the claims management regulator https://www.gov.uk/government/groups/claims-management-regulator The company is the accident support network and they also go by the name of media tactics. They have been calling me daily for over a month now depite me telling them to stop.

Automated voice saying that I would be arrested for fraudulent activity to do with my national insurance number. They wanted me to press 1 to speak to an officer - I chose not to because I was concerned I would get charged. When the message ended, the call ended. Definitely Fraud/SCAM.

My car was involved in an accident, 100% liability on other driver & is going through Motability insurance (both cars are on the scheme). So no idea as to why Hastings Direct are calling me & how the heck they got my phone number!! So searched the number & got a lot of responses saying it s marketing, untrustworthy & not to respond! 4 SCAM Banking Automated call Saying there is unusual charges to your card ie: overseas money transfer and it asks you to press 1 to confirm you want the payment to go through.
Call said BT were about to cut off my internet and to click to speak to someone. Did not proceed. a normal scam, new number.
I received a call from a man with a very strong accent claiming to be from BT to help speed up our broadband. The fact that he greeted me saying ?hi I?m Martin? then 5 minutes later told me his name was John Wilson, was a huge red flag. I can confirm that this is a scam call number as I called the real BT to confirm the number was not affiliated with them. Do not give out any information or allow these scammers access to your computer!
