Very aggressive attempt to interest me in IVA arrangements. They say they are calling everyone over 18. I said that must be about 40 million people, and how do they know I m over 18. Called on mobile from this number, tried calling back to find that all lines are busy ! No idea who it is or purpose of call.

They ring me every day and always when I am trying to get my little one down to nap. Four days ago was the first call I picked up the phone the person asked who I was and replyed with "not who your looking for as I don t know this number, who are you?" and they hung up.

I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. I did contact my bank and various other bodies but no success. They were no where to be found. It angers me how they have managed to rip people off and get away with it so easily.
