Various numbers starting with 02394 have called since 29 March 2023 Conversations include: "This is not a Marketing call, blah, blah" "Survey of Loft insulation, blah,blah" "When first caller was asked where speaker was calling from, answer was "The Phillipines"(Sp ?) When subsequent callers have been asked the same question the line has 'dropped out' from the far end! Make your own decision!

Automated call From local number. Message said fraudulent transaction has been found on VISA, press 1 to cancel this transaction. After hanging up at this point, the caller appeared to stay on the line for a couple of minutes to catch me making an outgoing call to my bank. Verified this by calling my landline from a mobile which rang engaged, a short time later I tested my landline again and it was clear.

Rang at 6.30pm - I didn t recognise number so let ansafone take it - they didn t leave a message. I checked on this site to see who they were, so when the same number rang again at 7.20pm I answered (to wind them up!). DANGER ! Definitely Spam. Lady with Indian accent as O2 customer service telling me they had received multiple complaints about signal problem. I said I was satisfied with signal coverage. She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Put down the phone.

This number and several similar have called every half hour every evening for a week now. They don't leave a message and my phone says suspected spam.
Said it was sky saying my payment hadn’t come out and to update payment details but this wasn’t true I checked and all payments was out.

Called themselves Low Cost Home Improvements. They have previously phoned using other numbers and other trading names. Selling home improvements apparently. I instructed them, as I have on all previous occasions, to delete my illegally held contact details. They said they would, but based on past experience they won't.
