Did not answer as not recognised but came up with the word "intern" do not understand what that could mean

they called dozens of time. asking for information that could provide a security / data risk.

This company are persistent, they use different telephone numbers to call you, Accident claim company, I answered the first few half dozen calls, and expressed I had no interest...

Indian lady saying hello is that (my name) - I just kept saying hello and eventually she put the phone down.

Got a text first thing in the morning saying my current contract had expired and I would receive a call later with and updated offers. Got the call from O2 on this number about 2 hours later.

Said she was the doctors surgery, i said you have the wrong number as she was calling a business and she said no im not and said can i speak to the business owner. SCAM.

Have had continual calls from this PPI company and now recognise the number so don t pick up.

I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.

They left a message on my machine, saying they were calling for "Stephen Michaels & Associates", as far as I could understand and that I should return the call if this was Mr. "X". I wasn t, so I just deleted the message. Haven t heard from them since.

this number is very very annoying. somebody named jennifer who has problems with communicating in english. asked me if i have a credit card. asked if i have a loan then she can help. that she needs my credit card. it was a waste of time talking to her.
