I just had a call from them & never picked it up. Assuming from all the comments on here, it sounds like it is Vodafone trying to get hold of the owner of all new phones to either check the service is ok or to check something else. Unallocated number so definitely a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers but originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. They ransom dial number...
