They say they can dramatically reduce business rates and make all sorts of claims and promises then you get a contract that is nothing like what they promise on the phone and you will be left with a bill to pay of around £500 and no proof that they misled you. I am getting numerous calls on a daily basis from 020 numbers - this one is the most frequent. Never leaves a message and when I answer no-one is there.

Cold calling. Very rude telephone manor by this woman. I do not have ppi needs and I explained that many times. When asking what the call was for as I am in work and busy she was rude to me and abrupt then patronising. Not okay.
