Pointed out to them that by storing my information without my consent and cold calling me is illegal and advised they should remove all traces of me from their database and I will be reporting this company. Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.

This seems to be a scam operation. A woman phoned us from this phone number and said could they come and do an asbestos check on our house. We have no asbestos at all, and when I stated my reluctance to make a firm appointment, they immediately cut off.
