Called me yesterday.I said nothing and hung up.They called again this morning.I answered didn t confirm who I was but instead asked who he was,guy advised calling about upgrade deal.Told him wrong number.He hung up.Blocking the number..ain t got not time for that!

This number appears to be from 2Touch, a direct marketing company. In my case they were calling on behalf of EDF Energy in response to a complaint, so it was a legitimate call.

Why doesn t anyone do something about these calls? They really do annoy a lot of people and I am sure someone somewhere can stop these scammers. Why should we allow this to happen with the technology we have today? They are out to commit fraud and they should be stopped. So let us all get together and do something and just go along with whatever they ask but give them a lot of lies. JUst give them a false name and keep them on the line for as long as you can. Telemarketers, usual nonsense, I suggest you just cut the call if answered by mistake, block them on the mobile or landline handset if you are able, if you do talk to them then of course ask for your details to be removed etc... Do not behave like the quarter wit above, screaming and shouting at them, it just makes you look like a complete and utter fool and an idiot and in truth there is no reason to behave in such a way, it acheives nothing in terms of getting you out of their database.
