Called by this number; claimed to be BT calling to tell us about attempted access to our details when we were online. BT is not our ISP. This is a scam. It is not BT. Do not be taken in.

Ppi credit agent, told not interested 5 times, still continue to ask if I have had any texts or voicemails when asked what s it to do with them they get angry an then say well have you checked your credit file, when told one last time I m not interested the woman said fine an hung up Don t waste time answering to them
They keep calling daily and putting the phone down on the times that I do answer (sometimes it s a missed call so shows they keep trying). I have blocked the number today.

An automated message comes up saying the call is from HM Revenue & Customs, gives you a case file number, and says if you ignore the call, you will face legal applications. Then asks you to press 1 to speak to an adviser. The advisor distantly says she is calling from the HMRC and asks for your name. When I asked her where are you calling from again, she hung up.

This is a new, and weird, one for me. Called my landline but disconnected when I picked up (now they know this is a live number,,,damn!!). Typical car crash claim telesales person starting with the usual question: “I have been told that you were involved in a car crash. Is that right?” They are trying to make you speak about such accidents if any by asking such questions. So, hang up the phone and not waste your time.
