He told me the usual nonsense about my computer but I told him that I was not interested as I had got rid of my computer because of these scam phone calls. I told him in no uncertain terms not to bother me again.

This is Appliances Online trying to sell extended warranties as the purchase year warranty nears expiry. Unfortunately for them, Yes, I do remember buying my washing machine nearly a year ago.
