I am receiving calls from an insurance company which I have now got them to identify themselves as Castle Cover. I have never had any insurance with them but a few years ago asked for a quote. How long are they allowed to store this information? Will now block this number

Quando vamos atender a ligação do outro lado ninguém fala nada, tentei ligar várias vezes para este número sem sucesso. Claimed to be a Michael from BT Telecom informing me that there was an issue with my router. I was suspicious of this caller as I had experienced no problems with by broadband or router. I terminated this call.

Scam call, allegedly from my (unnamed) Internet Service Provider. Apparently, my internet service is going to be suspended, due to "illegal activities".

Have been getting calls from this number frequently in the last 3 weeks. Never used to answer them. Until I answered it today at 12.40 pm there was a silence for about 5 seconds then a hello Aron it was a friend of mine from Australia! What s the deal with this number and should I be concerned?
