MOT reminder! In principle that is a good idea, but I have repeat missed calls at least 2 a day, when the phone never actually rings just leaves a missed call message with the 0345 number! Do they expect me to call them to find out why they called. If it is MOT reminder, just text me don t repeat call, that is aggressive advertising!

A guy called Shaun said he was calling about a virus that was being used to illegally download porn in China and Japan, he got rather highrate when i told him that i had an Apple Mac and not a windows comouter. i also got through to their police department which sounded like the same guy standing a little bit further away from the phone. Fed up of these calls. Phoning me every single day. Nuisance when I am in work. Must be on auto call as it goes off after about 6 to 7 rings. Wish they would stop. Should write to them really and ask them to remove my mobile no from their records.

He was not from a telephone company - he should be ashamed of himself how does he (and the rest of the Indian callers) sleep at night. Scam National Insurance Scam saying NI number has been compromised. Automated message, no doubt wanting the victim of the call to press one to be connected to scammers. I put the phone down when I heard the message and cut off the call. Having seen resent warnings about this scam, I was already aware of it. Don't act on the call and hang up. Government bodies don't call people in this way. BEWARE. DANGEROUS.
Amazon Prime scam. They say that they are going to charge your bank account for a Prime subscription. Family member put the phone down before they got any further. Suspect that had they been allowed to continued; they would say that they require your bank details to supposedly cancel the subscription.
