Asked for someone by name who doesn't live here. Weirdly, the name had same initials as me? They then said they'd remove my number from their mailing list...
SCAM recorded message saying from my Bank that 2 amounts in my bank account and to call them by pressing certain numbers etc!!! Didn’t of course and put the phone down. I only answered as it was from my area, Oxford! They have tried before about 6 months ago. Be careful.
This number is unknown to me therefore I ignored it as another spam call. Now blocked with all the others. Not to be trusted

I don't know the full details of the calls, but 01270 311034 has been harassing my father today, calling back every few minutes despite him repeated telling them "no". Seems like the behaviour of scammers to me.
called me after 9pm. Didn t recognise the number and they didn t leave a message but they ve phoned before so I wanted them to go away so I called it back with my mobile number withheld. Message after I dialled the number you have dialled has been disabled , so whatever company is behind it it is operating illegally. Do not answer.

These people started calling our new business before we even advertised, just from the directory entry that Xln (our phone and internet provider) had kindly entered us into. They start off, if they talk, by making out they are official, telling you that they need the meter number as it has flagged up on their system as out of contract. SCAM it a guy wo call you to see if you want to give him money so he can invest in stocks for you, he want minimum 250€ and wants you to give him your card details over phone and he will transfer the money to him, as he said " you don't have to do anything, only tell me witch card you have and your cardnumber and I will do the rest and you make 1000€ every week"

Nusiance caller. Persistent calls even if asked to stop. They are in the wrong so we SHOULD be allowed to know who they are. Never mind all this data protection. Its a cover up to allow them to continue harrasing people.

Only just reactivated my faithful old w995i, it s been on 5minutes and this numbers tried to call me. I didn t answer as everyone on my contacts list knows I use a different number, it s not the first time they ve called but I m on Orange not Vodafone??

They called twice in the past week, so I called back curious to see what company it was. All they said was it was consumer care line. The first woman hung up on me when I asked what the company was. The second was a guy who after me asking a few times went into the speech about PPI and other loans and stuff and then when I said I ve never had any of that he ended the call. He knew my first name though which was a bit confusing.

SCAM - beware if a supposed family member sends a WhatsApp message saying they’ve lost their phone and that this is their new number. Whoever it was tried to scam 4K from me by pretending to be my son in trouble. Luckily the amount was too much to even think about sending it without speaking to him. So please please make sure you know who you’re talking to. If it had been a smaller amount I may have considered sending it.
