Very aggressive and rude. They will say that they are calling regarding "Your car accident" for which they have no details. They will call everyone including people who never had a car. This number keeps calling my elderly mother pretending its about a loan she had. They keep providing her with info like date of birth, asking her to confirm expecting her to provide the correct one.
